D3A2 Implementation

NCOCC is working with their districts to make D3A2 Data Warehouse a tool for data analysis. This is being done on a schedule based on district request and completion of the D3A2 Data Release Agreement.

NCOCC will have all their public schools ready to use D3A2 by the end of May 2008. More information on D3A2 is available at http://www.d3a2.org .

Requirements to initiate Data Scrubbing process and be scheduled:

Complete the Data release Agreement - requires Superintendent Signature (Click here for copy of Agreement)

Complete the spreadsheet of district "scrubbers" (Click here for copy of required spreadsheet) (Please return via email)

Decide the years of data to be scrubbed (NCOCC recommends 2007 data and forward)  
4
Schedule the start date with NCOCC

What to do after Scrubbing Data...

The scrubber team and the tech coordinator will receive an email notifying them the data is loaded and accounts are ready to be created.

Your tech coordinator find the information necessary for creating the IDM accounts and provisioning the D3A2 accounts in the NCOCC Forum.

Schedule the training for district leaders with either NCOCC or your ESC or SST team members.
