The Heartland-COG INFOhio services provides support to media specialists at our member schools and other schools in the NCOCC region. In addition to providing library automation, INFOhio strives to provide tools for learning with its electronic resources.

• Helpdesk support during normal business hours.
• Knowledgeable staff and resources to support various INFOhio services.
• Offer the most recent automation software release as established by INFOhio.
• Support stat provided documentation as well as providing ITC specific documentation for software procedures and guidelines.
• Traning for new users and new applications, systems and software procedures as they become available.
• Condut INFOhio User's Group meetings and maintain other communication channels with users.
• Creation and use of additional user defined reports.
• Periodic and timely training for start-and end-of-year procedures.
• Provide support to maintain data for library materials and patrons.
