SSEM News and Help
NCOCC supports its users in the use of the Student Services Education Module (SSEM).

To make support flow smoothly and more importantly, quickly, NCOCC has establish a support process.

Users of SSEM will go to their district Special Education Consultant or Director for their first level of support. The consultant/director will then contact Leslie or Cheryl at NCOCC for further assistance.

For technical help, the user would contact their tech coordinator as they do for other technical issues.
